We're seeking an experienced and people-focused Benefits & Wellness Program Manager to lead the design, communication, and administration of our employee benefits and wellness initiatives. This is a key leadership role within our HR team, offering the chance to shape programs that directly support our employees' health, happiness, and peace of mind.
What You'll Do:
Lead all aspects of employee benefits-including health, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, and leave of absence programs
Develop benefit strategies that align with business goals, employee needs, and budget expectations
Drive the annual open enrollment process from planning through execution and communication
Partner with brokers and vendors to negotiate plans and ensure exceptional service delivery
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver clear, engaging benefit communications year-round
Ensure full compliance with federal and state laws and proactively manage risk
Manage and mentor a small, high-performing team focused on service, accuracy, and growth
What You Bring:
7+ years of experience in benefits administration, including leadership or team oversight
Deep understanding of health and welfare plans, 401(k) administration, wellness programs, and regulatory compliance
Strong communication and project management skills, with a focus on clarity and empathy
Experience working with benefits systems or HRIS platforms
Preferred certifications: SPHR, CEBS, CCP, or SHRM-CP
